Childcare/Daycare Teacher: Grow Your Career (Tuition Support Included)

We are a local, family-run center with two locations nearby. We are looking for a Lead Teacher who wants to grow with us. Whether you are a student or looking to advance your education, we provide tuition assistance through W.E.C.A. and help cover continuing education fees.
 

The Role:

Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or seasonal (Spring/Summer).

Environment: Well-staffed and community-focused. We ensure you have the support you need to serve our families effectively.

Locations: Two sites situated very close to each other.
 

Requirements:

Certification: Must be state-certified and licensed.

Registry: Must be in the WI Registry (Level 1 minimum).

Experience: If you lack experience, you must complete initial courses within 6 months of hire. We will help you through this process.
 

Compensation & Preferences:

Pay: Based on your experience and Registry level.

Bilingual: Preferred.
