Our Mission
The mission of PaPa Bear Daycare is to increase the children’s quality of life by offering quality care and exceptional educational programs. PBD (PaPa Bear Daycare) will create positive memories and experiences for children and their families by generously contributing to their present and future successes. The Daycare provides a quality education in a safe, nurturing, caring and academically challenging learning environment by professional providers for children ages 4-weeks to 12 years of age. All licensing and inspection docs will be posted on the board at the front door such as occupancy permit and emergency contact list, policies, parental notices, license certificates, licensing rules, most recent license inspection, notice of enforcement action, stipulations, conditions, exceptions or exemptions, observations, community board to assure our clients that we follow local and state standards.

PHILOSOPHY
The teachers and staff at PBD are committed to each child’s health and well-being. Children need to have space to explore within a safe and encouraging environment. Children will have ample opportunities to participate in experiences designed to promote their physical, intellectual, social-emotional, and creative development. Our emphasis is on understanding the child as the individual he or she is while providing a consistent, stable, and stimulating environment tailored to the child’s individual needs.
We strongly believe that Fatherhood is the key to a strong family, our owner being a single steady father of 3 aims to instill this in our staff and clients by assisting with guidance for all parents and mediation as needed along with workshops for Fathers and Mothers as well. A healthy lifestyle is also encouraged for our clients and staff, from being active to following a clean diet.
Families are encouraged to observe and participate in all on-going programs offered whenever possible. We see our relationship with you as a working partnership, facilitating the growth of the child within your family system.
